Shell off king prawns cooked in white wine, chilli, garlic, parsley and tomato sauce. Served on crostini bread.

Breaded risotto balls stuffed with pancetta and mozzarella cheese, served on a bed of rocket salad and creamy parmesan sauce.

Home-made fresh ravioli pasta filled with ricotta and spinach. Served in creamy parmesan sauce.

Crostini bread topped with smoked salmon, lemon, fresh dill and soft cheese.

Mains

Tacchino Valdostana

Turkey fillet topped with mozzarella cheese, parma ham, touch of tomato sauce and gravy sauce. Served with baby potatoes, fine beans and roasted peppers.

Risotto cooked in wine, mascarpone cheese, walnuts and fresh pear.

Roasted duck breast cooked in cherry compote sauce, served with baby potatoes and salad.

10 ounce rump steak cooked to your choice, served with chips and peppercorn sauce.

Pan fried medallions of pork fillet cooked in creamy tarragon demi-glaze sauce, mushrooms and red onions. Served with baby potatoes and fine beans.
